eTter Family Websites offers a fixed-price service to build a personal family website for customers with a custom domain name, subject to availability. The Starter Family Website Package includes:

• Registration of a custom domain name (subject to availability)

• Website build of up to 6 pages, with 6 sections per page and 6 images per section

• Up to 100 email addresses associated with the domain

• 12 months of hosting with the following limits:

  • Disk space: 50GB

  • Inodes: 200,000

  • I/O: 6,144kb/s

  • Bandwidth: 100GB (If more is required, customers must upgrade directly with Hostinger)

• Website configured using Hostinger Website Builder and related services

Customers must complete the Customer Requirements Submission Form online, providing instructions on the content, images, and any other media they want on their website.

2. Delivery and Timeline

2.1 5-Business Day Completion
Upon receiving a fully completed Customer Requirements Submission Form, eTter Family Websites commits to delivering a completed website within 5 business days.

2.2 Content Revisions
Customers have 3 business days from delivery to request reasonable corrections or content adjustments that align with their original instructions.

2.3 Exceptional Circumstances
eTter Family Websites is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet or power outages, or other unforeseen disruptions.

3. 100% Money Back Guarantee

eTter Family Websites offers a 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee based on the following conditions:

1. Timely Delivery Guarantee – If we fail to deliver the completed website within 5 business days after receiving the completed Customer Requirements Submission Form, the customer is eligible for a full refund.

2. Content Accuracy Guarantee – We will use reasonable and best efforts to ensure that the website content aligns with the instructions provided in the Customer Requirements Submission Form. Customers have 3 business days to request corrections. If we fail to correct issues within this period, a refund may be granted.

3. Technical Functionality Guarantee – The website will be delivered in a fully functional state. If any major technical issues arise within the first 7 days due to our development, we will fix them free of charge.

4. Fair Use Policy – Refunds will not be granted for subjective reasons such as changes of mind, requests beyond the scope of the original instructions, or exceeding the defined package limits (e.g., additional pages, bandwidth, or storage beyond the plan limits).

5. Refund Request Process – Customers must submit refund requests in writing via email within 10 business days of receiving the completed website. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
